De-Blisterinf Machine is used for empty finished blisters which have been rejected from the packaging line because of empty pockets, poor seals, incorrect batch coding etc. The good product can then be re-packaged to increase yield and reduce wastage costs. Easy to operate and ensures safe and efficient recovery of filled products.

SALIENT FEATURES:

• Manual feeding of blister pack makes visual inspection easy.

TECHNICAL SPECIFICATION:.

• A.C Synchronous motor gives uniform velocity and thus uniform tork .
• Power requirement -220 v single phase.
• Current reqd. 0.6 A.
• Speed 60 r.p.m. .

OPERATIONAL PARAMETERS:

• All blister filling can be recovered by using this machine except glass product filling like vials, ampoules and soft gelatin capsules.
• Maximum safe recovery of products is assured from packs comprising of PVC film with maximum htickness of 0.2 to 0.3 m.m sealed with alu. foil having maximum thickness of 0.02 to 0.03 m.m. More thickness of either or both materials may affect the efficiency of the machine.
• The machine can recover products from pack with a maximum widh of 110 m.m. However , there is no restriction on the lenth of pack.
