DCX dry type induction roller magnetic separator is the dry magnetic separation equipment to separate medium

and coarse weakly magnetic minerals.The magnetization coefficient of sorting mineral is within the range of

1.9×107~7.5×10-6m3/Kg.such as hematite,ilmenite, manganese mineral,garnet and so on.

Also widely used in purification of nonmetallic mineral, such as beach sand, quartz sand, kyanite ,diamond and

so on.The type of this series of equipment is electromagnetic.

Electromagnetic induction roller’s magnetic induction intensity is high, the adjusting range is large, and also

weight is light,Coil adopts natural cooling,cooling effect is good together with less noise.

Induction roller has three kinds,they are single roller,double rollers with vertical arrangement and double roller

with level layout.The capacity of double roller level layout is big.Double roll vertical layout can be finished

continuous on one device for mineral of roughing, selection, or scavenging for twice,this will simplify the process.
