CUN250S aluminium heating flash film welding machineis in structure of steel rack model, the main structure of the welding machine are divided into mainframe block, left welding part, right welding parts, hydraulic parts, connecting separately by using bolts. Transformers are installed in the rear of the main seats, using epoxy resin casting craftwork for fully packaging, so that it has better electrical performance, and the welding current exports stablely. Welding pressure is supplied by hydraulic system. Hydraulic system control the movements of each hydraulic tanks by using independent reversing valve, welding tanks and compressed tank pressure can be regulated.
