Product Introduction:

CT permanent magnetic pulley take advantage of the magnetic force which produced by the permanent magnetic

pulley,eliminate the parts of the waste rock and material automatically via the belt rotating,to finish the sorting

work. This machine can be used:

1) For the roughing operations of lean iron ore after the first crushing or intermediate crushing,to exclude part

of waste rock and reduce the lode of next period of operation.

2) For part of the homework before rich iron ore smelting.After the first and intermediate crushing,the ore get rid

of most of the waste rock,improve the charging efficiency.

3) For the operations of hematite during the reduction closedcircuit roasting.After separation of the pulley,

it will return the incomplete recovering ore and reburn to control roasting quality.

4) For the deironing of old iron sand in the foundry industry.the deironing of coal ash in the electric power

industry and the purification of mixed ferromagnetic objects and materials in other industries.

Product Maintenance:

This product use without special requirements,keep sufficient grease on the bearing and bearing block.Maintain and clean

the machine every six months.add enough grease after maintenance.
