Detailed description of CSD350 cutter suction dredger:
1. General
The CSD350 Cutter Suction Dredger of steel construction, the non self-propelled, dismountable type, is able
to berth and dredge at any waters both in the coastal area and inland rivers, with similar conditions to that in
navigation area “A” or below the “A”-line specified in code for inland river steel engineering ship
manufacture of P.R.China.
The dredger can be used to excavate and transport cohesive sediment below the class Ⅲ specified in code for
dredging engineering construction technique issued by Ministry of Water Resources(MWR) of P.R.China.
In the course of technical designing, we have considered special requirements for tropical climate conditions
of Bangladesh such as meteorological and waters distributing state etc.
It’s hull consists of a main pontoon, two side pontoons, to be easy to dismantle or mount for transportation by
road, rail or water, and is to be easy to reassemble at project site.
The dredger is powered by diesel engines. the main diesel engine is to drive the dredge pump, generator, high
pressure hydraulic oil pump, hydraulic oil pump will in turn power other all equipments such as cutter, swing
and ladder winches, and the spud rams etc

2. Maintenance Tools

A complete set of maintenance tools will be supplied with the dredger for assembly and to carry out all major overhauls, including specialists service tools that may be required for Industrial Diesel Engine.

3.Dredger Trial

The dredger will be fully tested at my factory including the following:

1) Factory test of diesel engines, including certificate of compliance of installation from all major component suppliers.

2) Function test of winches, cutter head and spud legs and load testing engines with dealer present and computer printout of engine results.

4.Warranty of dredger

Will provide 12-months warranty for the quality of the diesel engines, generators, gear boxes, dredge pumps, Hydraulic system.

1) 12 months manufacturing warranty on all new installed component parts.

2) 12 months warranty on hull and all fabricated parts.

3) Wearing parts are not included.(Cutter tooth)

5.After-sale service

During the warranty period , We will provide free parts and on-site technical guidance . After the warranty period, We will provide free and on-site technical support quickly, if the shipowner need. But if the dredger need replacement parts, the cost paid by the owner.

6.ASSEMBLE THE DREDGER

1) We will send two 2 qualified experienced engineers and one translator to workplace to install dredger and train 5 workers to operate the dredger, and the buyer shall arrange 6-8 workers to help the engineers.

2) The installation period is expected 15 days, the buyer should provide cranes or other necessary equipments to install the dredger and follow the engineer’s proper arrangement, otherwise all consequential loss and damages to buyer shall rely on buyer themselves.

3) The buyer will be responsible for the shipyard’s engineers and translator’s accommodations, eat, visa, flight ticket of going back and forth and security as well as wage of USD$50.00 per day per person after installation of the machine, but the first 15 days is no need to pay,exceeded days need to pay salary from the buyer to shipyard’s engineers and translator.
