Main uses :

It is applied widely to grind material such as pharmaceuticals,food straff,chemical industry,national defence and

science research etc.Especially,it is possible to grind therm of

sensitive material, such as rubber,plastics,medicine,animals and plants etc.which are tenacious,not easy to grind

under normal temperature.Low temperature grinding is that material is cooled by water and grinded to demanded levels without destroying original ingredient it is more efficient to combustibles by means of low temperature grinding.

Structure:

Pre-cooling barrel,the spiral conveyor,lower temperature air-blower,whirl-separator,powder filter,electric control machine etc.

1.Smashing plate diameter 250, rotational speed 3000-6000r/Min.

According to user material optional.

2.The smashing temperature -140 °C, the feeding granularity is smallerthan Phi 5-10mm, the material precooling 5-10 minute.

3.The smashing object, degree of hardness is smaller than the chromium 4zoology and botany (for example softshelled turtle, snake, Chinese and western drugs, rubber, plastic and so on)

4.Smashing degree of fineness 80-1500 item (may move), output 10-180kg/H.
