Brief introduction about dewar flask:
Firstly, outer structure of dewar flask: Dewar flask has four valves they are liquid valve, air valve, vent valve and pressurization valve as well as gas pressure gauge and level gauge.
Secondly, usage: Your company is using the dewar flask. The firs step is to connect the pipe where the dewar flask liquid vavle lies with evaporator by the high pressure metallic tube. After the confirmation of connecting, you can turn on the liquid valve. If the gas pressure to the workshop can not meet the demand, please turn on the pressurization valve. A few minutes later, the pressure will rise to the using demand. Then you can make use of it. If the dewar flask has no liquid phase and the pressure of gas phase is only 5kg, it means that the gas in dewar flask has used up. Please turn off the using valve and stop using.
Thirdly, some questions you should pay attention when using the storage
1When the dewar flask storage has not been used, do not turn of the pressurization valve. You must check whether the pressurization valve is turned off tightly. Otherwise, the gas leak in the vessel.
2You must turn off the pressurization valve when stop using. The pressurization valve is open only when it is used.
3When thepressurization valve is turned open totally, the dewar flasks pressure gauge is no longer raise, than means there is no liquid phase only gas phase left in the vessel.
