Swiss cake and layer cake prodcution line

By changing cutters, this line can make swiss roll and layer cake:
1.the infaltable mixer machine
This machine we adpot the PLC programed control withTouchscreen,with simply operation,it can control the specific weight of the stuff very accurately.
The processesRaw material→mixing drum→mixing→draw out mixture→storage drum→draw out mixture→mixing the mixture becomingcreamy→Forming.
2.Extrusion machine
This machine we make extrusion with the compasses shape spile,and the speed of the extrusion we adopt variable frequency control in order to make themixture distribute on the extrusion roller evenly.The head of the extrusion machine is installed on the head of the bakery machine,you can adjust any thickness of the mixture as you like.
3. 24 Meters Gas-natural tunneloven
This machine we adopt liquid gas flame tube,the up flame we adopt far infrared radiation board,which can permeate the center of the cake constructures,the down flam we adopt the stainless steel orifice plate which can avoid naked flame burns steel belt directly.We can adopt different burning ways according to customers’demands,,there are three areas of the temperature control,and with any adjustment from 20°--300°according to different foods,distribute temperature reasonable which can make food with the bright coloured and lustrous.
4.Sugar dredging machine
This machine we adpot the PLC programed control,speed of dredging the we adopt variable frequency,we dredge a little sugar on the surface in order to make the surface of cake more bright coloured and lustrous.
5. Cooling conveyingbelt
This machine is made of stainless steel,it can control conveying speed with any adjustment,and this stept prompts a acceleration of cooling of the food which just draw out from the bakery oven,and this step prepares next proess of cutting and rolling.
6. Cutting and perfusing milkformingmain machine
We adopt the blade which the plating Teflon no adhesion coating,with the evenly cutting,and first we making the bar shape cuttingduring cutting there are no food adhere on the blade,and all the coatings areaccordingwith food hygiene demands whichguarantee the safety of the food.
Overlap after cutting ,with turn over the mouldings make the two sides together(if you want the stuffed one,after cutting and then perfusing)and then make the size according to the customers’demands.
