Roll Fabric Cutting Machine

Working principle:

This machine is used for cutting all kinds of roller blinds, sunscreen, drapes etc.One blade cutting by GermanUltrasonic energy mainly for cutting one layer roller sunscreen/blinds, another cutting blade cutting by Pressure/crush energy cutting mainly for cutting two or more fabric layers to avoid layers adhere together. Transfer to each blade just need press the change button.

Detail Description:

1. The traditional cutting edge trimming effect is easily roughed and inefficient .But the ultrasonic system aims to solve the traditional problem of edge trimming and improves the grades of the textile.

2. With the technologies of microcomputer chip, text screen controlling and the way of precise line track movement make itself working economic stability,more convenient. Even has function of automatic feeding function.

3. Fabric width could be measured by the sensor on the left of the machine, so that the fabric could be automatically cutting and save much time.

1. Ultrasonic cutting fabric and edge sealing/banding at the same time, without fluffy, no scorch and no color fading off, Pressure blade cutting two layers fabric makes no bonding.
