Attentions forcottonseed oil refinery machine:

1. The oil conduction furnace must be at 90°C or so for temperature keeping at least 5 hours after change conduction oil per time.

2. The heat energy use for neutralization tank, bleaching and deodorization

tanks must take logical distribution and adjustment. And the temperature of

deodorized oil must be 240°C-260°C, and other machines need valves mainly

to adjust and balance.

3. When check the machines, the pad of heat-transfer pipeline must use

graphite pad, and valves must use high-temperature valve.

4. Before the heat conduction furnace is burned, you should start conduction

oil pump first. The conduction oil pump must continue to work after conduction

oil furnace is stopped. The conduction oil pump cannot be shut off until the

temperature of conduction oil falls down to be under 100°C.
