This equipment is usually connected to the conveyor belt of cards.

This equipment takes the rough surface cotton web and coverts it into smooth surface cotton web. Then the smooth surface cotton web is rolled up into different sizes of big cotton roll by a follow-up winding equipment.
The normal output work width of this equipment is 84cm.
The smooth surface cotton web in big rolls is usually by our cotton pad equipment to make cosmetic cotton pads or by our zigzag cotton equipment to make zigzag cotton.
