Corrugated Paperboard Production Line

1.Description:

This machine is produced with high technology and good quality. Main features are as follow:

• Corrugator rollers are made of nickel-chromium alloy with the surface tungsten carbide processing, greatly improved the service life of the corrugators rolls.
• This machine is designed in modular, easy adjustment and convenient maintenance.
• Cassette type of corrugators rolls combination, makes corrugators rolls change fast and convenient. It takes only 5 minutes to exchange one pair of corrugators rolls.
• The dynamic depth sensors are used for fine adjustment along with numerical displays for the gap control between upper corrugator roll anf pressure roll as well as the upper corrugator roll and gluing speed.
• The glue coating is automatically(can also be manually) controlled by the running speed.
• The gluing roller has an automatic idling device which avoids glue dry on the roller surface when machine stops temporarily.
• Motorized adjustment on the glue baffle for the movement of shift to left, shift to right clamping, open, synchronously shift to left or right.
• Automatic detect and numberical display of steam and return water temperature.
• The core paper spray device can automatically adjust the temperature and humidity of the core paper.
• The main driving is made by an inverter motor with independent driving box.
• PLC controller, man-machine interface, safe and convenient.
• Can be connected to the production management and ERP system.
