1. Design speed: 250m/min. Effective width: 1400mm-2500mm.

2. Main flute roller diameter: φ405mm. Pressure roller diameter: φ495mm. Preheater roller diameter: φ420mm.

3. Positive pressure type design helps the medium paper tom press evenly and closer to the surface of corrugating roller to have perfect forming. And also get even gluing on the flute tip to have perfect laminating of the single facer.

4. Quick change roller in 10 minutes while replace the corrugating roller. The whole complete set of additional rolls with cassette is delivered into the machine by the carriage and matched with the hydraulic motor to be fixed on the base of the machine by hydraulic system. Which just use several push-button switches complete the replaced task instead of tools.

5. The flute rolls made by special alloy steel with hardness treatment. The surface is well treated by grind and sprayed Tungsten carbide.

6. The corrugating roller, pressure roller and glue roller are equipped with hydraulic system and pressure saver control and cushion effect of pneumatic control. The gaps of each roll are adjusted by motor.

7. Adopt glue width motorized dividing to match the paper width. Idle running motor for glue applicator roll to avoid glue dry. Adjustment for gap between glue roller and doctor roller by electric. Digital read out for the gap between glue roller and doctor roller.

8. The moveable type glue unit is convenient to clean and maintain.

9. Easy operation control system. Touch screen with colorful drawing displays operation state. Function selection. Trouble indication and shooting. Parameter setting and so on. It presents the easy operation, function completeness, precision and user friendly.

10. Built in pre-conditioner with proportional spraying device for the medium moisture and temperature adjustment.

11. High strength timing belt wheel for power transmission.

12. Bearing for corrugated rollers and pressure roller adopts high temperature lubricate grease to keep running smoothly and durably.
