Corrugated Cardboard Production Line is the professional equipment for producing corrugated cardboard.The 3ply,5ply,7ply,and multi-function corrugated cardboard production line mainly consist of the following equipment :Mill Roll Stand, surface paper(core-paper) pre-heater.Single facer, Conveying Span Bridge.Glue Application Machine, Double Facer.Slitter Scorer,Cut-off,Conveyer and Stacker.Heating System.Air compression system and Glue Making System,etc.The 3ply,5ply,7ply,and multi-function corrugated cardboard productiong line has high middle and low grade with different-specification and different-quality equipment. On the base of understanding the requirements of the customers and the advanced skills at home and abroad, our company has developed and designed these production lines with the speed 100-220m/in;the paper width 1600-2200mm and four fluting UV type A,B,C,E for all the customers to choose from.

Fingerless vacuum suction type single facer, the upper and lower corrugated roller made of 48 CrMo alloy steel,with harted treatment,the hardness is above HRC58o-60°The surface is well treated by grind and plated chrome.
Upper and lower corrugated roller are unit assemblage, the whole corrugated rollers group can be move and quick replacement, to change flute type quickly.
Glue section are unit assemblage, whole section can be moved by track,save maintenance time.
Frequency conversion motor as main drive , independent gear box connect with three gimbal axis, Inverter to make stepless speed regulation for save power, and to keep one communication connector for production management.
Oil immersed type lubricating to reduce noise keep running stable, prolong the use life of gear.
Adopt Glue width motorized dividing to match the paper width. Idle running motor for glue applicator roll to avoid glue dry.Adjustment for gap between glue roller and doctor roller by electric or manual are optional, Digital read out for the gap between glue roll and doctor roll is optional.
Adjustment for corrugated roller,pressure roller,and glue roller by pneumatic system.
With preheater for liner paper and steam spray device for medium paper.
Bearing for corrugated rollers,and pressure roler adopt high-temperature lubricate grease to keep running smoothly and durably.
Hydraulic Mill Roll Stand
The sturcture is double rotary shafts with four arms;Support two paper mill rolls on both arms at the same time.
Hydraulic control for paper mill roller up-down,clamp-open and centering.
Web tension is controlled by pneumatic brake or manual brake ; Springiness chucks are optional.

Double Glue Machine

Special line on the surface of the glue applicator roller,surface ane hard chrome palting,even glue supply,low cost.
The glue applicator drived by frequency conversion motor with inverter. Keep the synchronization for glue applicator roller and double baker facer machine by inverter. And independent running.
Adjustment for gap between glue roller and doctor roller by electric or manual are optional, Digital read out for the gap between glue roll and doctor roll is optional.
Press roll moves up and down by pneumatic. Gap mini-adjustment by electric.
Self-circulating glue supplying system to avoid glue hardenning and to control glue quantity Keeping the glue good quality and saving.

Double Facer
Heating plate is surface grinded and chrome-plated.
Dense weight rollers be used in heating section, 3-stage adjustable pressure for weight rollers are controlled by pneumatic system according to thickness of paperboard.(optional)
Tension contorl for upper cotton belt by pneumatic cylinder .Automatic or manual correcting device are optional.
Drive section adopt gear box, drived by electromagnetic speed control motor or frequency conversion motor.
Driver rollers be covered endure abrasion rubber, and cutting form teeth, with drum and put out paperboard stable.
