Procession line introduction

This line is special to manufacturing many kinds offloating snacks, such as the corn chips, mixing frying snacks, pellets frying snacks and so on.

Details of every machine

• Flouring machine and feeder conveyo------Mixing the raw materials fully and convey them evenly to the extruted machine.
• Extruted machine------ Extruting the raw materials.
• Vibrating feeder machine------Send the rohlings evenly to the conveyor avoiding piling up.
• Conveyor------Convey the rohlings to the frying machine.
• Frying Machine------Using different belt conveyor to fry different snacks and make sure the snack with good color and delicious taste.( Beside the frying machine, we will equip the rotary filtering machine to filter the frying oil.)
• De-oiling and cooling conveyor------this machine equip the fan up the conveyor and dripping oil pan down the conveyor.
• Seasoning machine------Season the snacks.(Beside the seasoning machine, we will equip the electromagnetic vibrating powering machine.
• Conveyor------Be used to convey the snacks to the packaging machine.
• Packaging machine------Automatically weigh and package.
