I. Application

This machine is applied to manufacture 8mm bright copper rod by adopting atechnology of continuous casting and rolling. Red copper scrap ischosen as raw materials. This production line is composed of the following parts:stationary reverberatory furnace, 5-wheel continuous casting machine, automatic shearer, straightener & edge shaver, casting bar brushing machine, continuous rolling machine and orbital coiler, electrical control system, etc.
