Copper continuous upcasting machinery
This line is capable of producing bright and long oxygen-free cooper tube, bar, strip and rod/wire Dia. Of 8mm,17mm,20mm,25mm,38mm from cathode copper and injected red cooper.
The maximum dimension of copper tube is Φ120mm while copper strip is 120mm. As compared with the black copper produced from copper ingot by traditional method, the rod produced in this new upward continuous casting technology rod has its advantages of better quality, low production cost, low investment and no pollution.
This line applies computer technology, alternating servo generator transmission, and supplied by excellent powerful software, which enable the line having a broad range of speed adjustment. It also meets the special track requirement of upward continuous casting 8mm copper rod. The coiling system adopts the advanced synchronic tracking system, tension sensor, transducer for speed regulation, etc. So the copper rods are neat, and the total weight can be reach 2.5T.
