Cool Room Series - Standard Features

1. The cool rooms is built by polyurethane sandwich panels, easy to mount and to disassemble or enlarge if necessary. Modular metal skinned panels with urethane insulated tongue and groove construction for chamber enclosure.

2. The panels are jointed by means of quick-action eccentric mechanisms. "Cam-locking" construction with vinyl gasketed seams.

3. The external and inner panel cover is of zinc-coated steel sheet with a plastic finish. The heat insulation is of rigid foam polyurethane.

4. The floor panels of cool room are reinforced and they withstand distributed load up to 2000 kg / SQ Meters.

5. Semi hermetic continually operating compressors for extended equipment life and maximum chamber temperature control and uniformity.

6. The prefabricated cool rooms are intended for cooling and storage of perishable products-cooled or froze.

7. The cool room should be installed in a sheltered place away from direct sunshine, dust and rain.

8. Depending on the cooling temperature °Cmaintained, the cool rooms can be: - for medium temperatures from + 10°C to -5°C. - for low temperatures from -15°C to - 40°C.

9. According to the conditions of work the cool rooms are available from +5°C up to + 45°C ambient air temperature.

10. Vapor proof fluorescent, incandescent or high bay metal halide light fixtures.

11.Totally accessible hinged drain pan for maintenance and cleaning of all interior plenum components.

12.PSC fan motors for energy efficiency.

13.Automatic defrosting with refrigerant hot gas and/or electric heat for quick and efficient operation.

14.Fully accessible control panel to efficiently and securely house all controls, alarms, recording devices and communication networks.

15.Factory leak testing of all refrigeration assemblies prior to shipment if need.

16.Bench testing of complete control panel and electrical devices performed prior to shipment if without installing by us.

17. Applicable ISO listing 9001:2000 applies.
