structural features:

1.Conveyor mesh belt made fromheat resistant alloy wire, under the effect ofstep type transmission mechanism, the furnace bottom retainer leads to movement, so that to guarantee the mesh belt in flabby condition at high temperature, improve running smoothness and life expectancy of the net belt.

2.Muffle tank is the seal tankfrom heat resistant steel melded together after punch forming, with gas curtain pipe on Mouth filling, Blanking mouth and back to its net after the tank. Network back to the channel is equipped with water cooling and water seal, guarantee the sealing is good, the stove gas consumption is small.

3. Mesh belt speed can beadjusted by frequency converter.
