Characteristics

1. Both the upper and lower parts adopt side-wind forced convection technology to transport the heat evenly, and to improve the conformity of the glass .It suit for every kind of the glass. (including LOW-E)

2. The heating adopts PID temperature adjustment and intelligent module. This can control the temperature inside the furnace precisely.

3. It can shorten the heating time and improve the processing quality on glass surface and the rate of the finished products.

4. It adopts stainless steel board with quality to raise the glass quality.

All sizes are based on millimeter and the capacity subjected to 5mm glass at 80% utilization and 100% end-product rate. The change of equipment configuration will be in accordance with the different of glass thickness range,it is depended on actual design.
