The sugar solution is fed continuously into microfilm cooking section, which consists of pre-heater, vacuum microfilm cookers, 1 set of vacuum supply system, feeding pump, discharging pump and etc. All the cooking conditions are controlled via a PLC controller. All the mass are transported via the loading and unloading pumps controlled by a frequency inverter.

The two steam valve automatic controllers are installed on the microfilm cooker which can very precisely control the heating temperature within ±1°C

4. Work shop for machines making

We are a group with 5 factories ,4 of the factories are manufacturing food machinery, 1 biscuit factory .

We make the all parts in our own workshoop except the imported electric parts .
