Option
1. Increase total output to maximum 300,350,380,450,650 kg / min.
2. Mixing head : add variable speed drive to change the mixing speed.
3. Increase the width of the conveyor to make a wider block more than 2070, maximum up to 2500mm.
4. Extra polyol, TDI, catalyst metering unit.
5. Calcium carbonate or melamine feeder system.
6. Pigment system, traditional or milliken reactant system.

9. Sidewall with moveable conveyor: Two sidewall starts from the fall plate to the side paper rewind.Adding vertical slat conveyor instead of traditional steel plate sidewall.
10. R.S. System: Add one layer PE film to both sides of block then pull them up during foaming to make the top squarer and increase usable volume.
11. Liquide lay down system: Lays the mixture directly to the fall plate instead of the trough. One additional fall plat will be added to the original 5 section fall plate. Pinholes will be minimized for some special foam.
12. Flat top device: Place a PE film or kraft paper on the top of foam block from feeding station to the telescopic plate in order to make the top of foam block more horizontal.
13. High pressure system for producing Polyester and Polyether foam.
