Continuous glass tempering furnaces/ LDGL1630

It can process glass of diameter 40 mm and thickness 2.5mm with good flatness after tempering .It also can process intensified glass with thickness 1.8mm.

Characteristics

1.Through adopting the continuous transmission and heating techniques, LPG is able to reduce the friction between the surface of the glass and the surface of the ceramic rollers so that it can improve the glass quality.

2.The use of lower temperature entry of the furnace and improve the controlling techniques avoid the breakage of the surface of the glass after the entry.

3.The capacity is several times to the traditional ones.

4. It will save energy with continuous entry and tempering.

All sizes are based on millimeter and the capacity subjected to 5mm glass at 80% utilization and 100% end-product rate. The change of equipment configuration will be in accordance with the different of glass thickness range,it is depended on actual design.
