Continuous Gas Protective Bright Heat Treatment Furnace:

1.Introduction of the furnace:

Applies in continuous production of bright quenching of Martensite stainless steel and bright annealing (solid solution) of Austenitic stainless steel, and intermediate recrystallization annealing and final annealing of various copper materials and copper alloy as well as stress relief treatment, etc, being easy in operation and without industrial pollution.

2.Consist of the Furnace:

This device is mainly composed of transmission system, heating system, cooling system, control system, and ammonia decomposition gas supply system.

3.Advantage of the furnace:

1.The muffle furnace is made of imported high-temperature resistance nickel alloy by pressing welding;

2.dismountable electric heating elements can upper-lower heat;

3.steel belt conveying is stepless speed regulating;

4.the gas mixture (hydrogen 75% and oxygen 25%) decomposed from liquid ammonia gets into the hearth and reaches gas protection effect;

5.the gas direction regulating device ensure stable atmosphere.

6.Having treated by this kind of furnace, product surface will become bright and won’t be oxidized. All treated products will reach excellent consistency.

4.Application of the Furnace:

Wide scope of application: It is applicable for continuous production of bright quenching and bright annealing (solid solution) of stainless steel, intermediate recrystallization annealing and final annealing of various copper materials and copper alloy as well as stress relief treatment. With strip unwinding and rewinding mechanism, it can be applied in bright annealing in cold rolling industry of metal strips.
