Continuous carbonization furnace is the latest product of my factory.Mainly uses electric energy technology, in the conditions of high-temperature semi-anoxic, make the moisture in the raw material, wood vinegar and wood tar discharge to make its carbonization. The whole process, the carbonization temperature is controlled by the manual adjustment of charring stable quality, simple operation, convenient and easy to learn. Yield size can be customized according to customer demand.

The use of raw materials

Continuous carbonization furnace will be the landfill waste combustible materials respectively through energy cleavage discarded wood, wood flour in the various substances by pyrolysis reductive decomposition (high-temperature decomposition of the charcoal powder or carbon rods) into activated carbon, tar, wood acetate, liquefied gas and other products.

The effect of charcoal power

Widely used in the production of chemical products, a range of products of the production of fertilizers, production of desiccant, mosquito coils, fuel, and so forth.

The charcoal rod processed into activated carbon, itwidely used in metallurgy, mechanical and electrical insulating materials.
