Working principle of the carbonized furnace

Carbonization furnace just started (first input the material) heating is required when the heat source

heating carbonization furnace.

There is two method make the heating source

1,Using the Reverberatory furnace to produce hot air for combustion carbonization so that can

reach to the purpose of

carbonization temperature.

Using the Gasifier,make the sawdust ignite through the Gasifier, gasification the combustible gas

produced by gasification to burn carbonization so that reach to the purpose of heating up

carbonized (sawdust gasification had carbonized charcoal through the output device and then get

the charcoal powder, in addition of the combustible gas through the timber tar recovery system)

2,Carbonization temperature to a certain temperature, the combustible gas generated inside the

dust through the dustseparator for separation, the separated dust of the combustible gas through

the wood tar recovery system.

3,After carbonization gas was produced via heating , at the same time the reverberatory furnace

heating orgasification gas device stops working, Preliminary heating equipment work off .

4,after carbonization 2/3 hours the charcoal powder inflows to the Carbonized cooler and then

outflow from the cooler, the machine can work well day and night..
