Unique features of "New Timehope" hydraulic static pile driver:
1. The supporting points of derricking cylinders are set at the two sides of crane arm. Increasing the stability and safety of crane arm
2. Lengthen the first arm of crane and increase the stability and safety of the crane.
3. Hydraulic systems for crane and piling mechanism are interflow, the crane pump can be used for pile driving while the crane is not working, which speed up driving pile speed.
4.Hydraulic systems of crane applies speed adjusting system that speed of each component can be adjusted freely during operation. Safe, stable and reliable.
5. A shutoff valve is assembled at high press tube of the leg cylinders and pile driving cylinders. Turn off the valve before knocking down, and then disassemble the connecter to avoid the waste of hydraulic oil and save pile machine moving and reparation cost for customer.
6. Using high pressing plastic pipe to replace steel pipe for the hydraulic tube. The bearing force is larger than the steel pipe and the cost is 3 times higher. It is convenient to repair and maintain by using plastic pipe with high reliability.
7. Piling and clamping hydraulic control system applies remote control system, which greatly improves the positioning precision and clamping reliability of the pile, effectively avoid the damages to the pile in construction due to pile clamping force overlarge and un adjustable .
8. Weight beam is one-piece plate bending forming, not allowed to be welded, which assures its strength.
9.The central axis and short boat are connected by a floating and flexible connection mechanism (two layer boards are used underside of the central axis). Effectively improved the stress condition of central axis and machine body. Easily assembled and disassembled. Central axis, rotary platform and short boat are of two layers structure and connected with the main body.
