General Description(Model TD Bucket Lifter):

These devices are suitable for vertical transfer of powder, grain and small block materials such as grain, coal, cement, crushed rocks, etc. The lifting heights are 40m, which is characterized by a simple structure, a smooth operation, and dig-take loading and centrifugal unloading. The material temperature is less than 60. Model TD lifter is designed and manufacture with accordance with JB3926-85 Vertical Bucker Lifter. Therefore, it should be preferred in view of its high transfer efficiency and multi-form buckets compared with the traditional Model D bucket lifter.

Note :

1.The bucket volume in table-1 table is a calculating bucket volume. The transfer amount is calculated by a 0.6 filling coefficient.

2.Use for material bucket

Shallow bucket: It is used to transfer wet and caking materials, which are difficult to be thrown out, such as wet stand and wet coal, etc.

Deep bucket: Transfer dry and loose materials, which are easy to be thrown out, such as cement, block coal and crushed rocks etc.
