2.1. Main Tile Making Machine

With high efficiency, high automation and computer program control, this equipment is independently designed and manufactured by our company according to the high-speed filtering-pressing theory. Cement mortar is stirred by mixer and formed by high pressure with precise moulds. The tile produced by this equipment has higher intensity and density, and accurate size than that produced through the dry-material theory.

The finished goods are glazed,which can replace the granite tile and marble tile, and mainly be used to lay the sidewalk of the city, plaza ground,and indoor ground.

This advanced equipment embodies mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic and computer-control (PLC control system) automatic technology.

3.2.1. The machine applies to polish the polished tile and marble tile, the size of the tile is between 300mm and 600 mm.

3.2.2. There are 6 polishing steps.The polishing process can be accomplished automatically.

3.2.3. The machine has advanced design, stable structure, and easy to operate and maintain.

3.2.4. The finished goods are very glazed which can compare beauty with the marble tile.

3.2.5. The production efficiency is very high and equal to 15 manual terrazzo machines. Compared with the manual terrazzo machine,the labor costs of this machine can be reduced by half with the calculation of 300 square meter/day.
