Online annealing equipment for steel pipe is a high-strength steel pipe production of advanced technology, through the seam line annealing, eliminating welding residual stress, improving organizational structure, and makes weld heat affected zone is consistent with the base plate of the organizational structure and toughness and strength properties.

Online annealing equipment for steel pipe is composed by IF power thyristor and online annealing inductor/mechanical adjustment, switch cabinet and integrated operation desk

1) Single machine power and frequency: 500/600KW,1-3KHZ

2) IF thyristor power: single-chip microcomputer control, voltage and current double "PI" ring regulation, the whole groove road membrane using tunable capacitors and efficient energy-saving insulation load matching transformer. 3) online annealing inductor/mechanical adjustment:: is composed by planar inductor with magnetic materials and mechanical adjustment and capacitance cabinet.
