1. Brief introduction of the Sand-making Production Line

The raw materials are first put into elementary-crushing machine for crush, then the belt conveyor transfers the elementary products to the secondary-crushing machine for secondary crush. The secondary products will be separated into two kindsby the vibrating screen. The parts satisfying the standard of the Vertical Shaft Impact Crusher will be conveyed to the sand-making machine and the other partswill return to the secondary-crushing machine. The parts into the sand-makingmachine will be the finished products after being washed in the sand-washing machine. The other parts will be for the secondary crush.

2. Features of the Sand-making Production Line

The whole line is highly automatic, with low operation cost, high crushing ratio, low power consumption, high capacity, low pollution and easy maintenance. The size of the finished product is even and in good shape, which meets the nationalsand-making standards.

The following is the main equipment description.

Vibrating Feederis a common used device during mining machinery material feeding . Vibrating feeder is built up by spring support, vibration machine support , vibration machine, spring, motor and motor support..Vibration exciter is formed by two eccentric shafts on certain position meshed by gear wheels. During installation, the two gear wheels must mesh together under the guidance of marks on it. Motor drives the two eccentric shafts rotate, which generates great linear exciting-vibration force; this forces the support to vibrate; by this vibration, smaller materials drop down when materials go through the vibrating trough rather than go to the crushing process.,during processing ,the equipment can send various materials in to the crusher in the given time,separating the raw materail primarily.it’s widely used in metallurgy,coal ore,construction materials,etc.

Sand Makeris the equipment which makes sand artificially. The working principle :When working , the rotor rotated at a high speed under the motor'driving .The materials get into the first crushing chamber to get crushed with the board hammer on the rotor .Then getting into the second crushing chamber to have a fine crushing .At last discharged from the discharge port .
