In the whole charcoal making plant( wood pellet plant,) before raw materials are made into wood briquettebar (biomass pellets), they need to be cut into much smaller but uniform particles. When the thickness is larger than 10mm or the size is over 50 * 50mm, wood chipper is needed to chip these materials into smaller pieces. Then hammer mill will crush these small pieces into wood powder with diameter less than 3mm.

Applications of Hammer Mill Machine

hammer mill machine (hammer mill grinder) is widely used for grinding tree trimmings, wood chip, wheat straw, corn straw, plant stalk and other materials with diameter less than 50 mm. The grind fineness of final products can reach 3~5 mm.

Maintenanc

Grease the bearings once a month. Grease twice and pay more attention to inspection if the grinder machine works continuously. After using period of time, re-adjust the tightness of the central belt with your fingers, press down 6-10mm is appropriate. It is better to clean the hammer mill machine every day after work to extend the service life. Check whether the parts are loose. For the details, there is maintenance manual for your reference.

Note:

• The size of the finished particles depends on the material character and screen mesh dimension. Such hammer mills are provided with multiple sieves so that you can choose different sizes according to your needs.
• Crushing rotor is a high-speed rotating component. Ensure the stability and fastness of the rotor, hammer and other parts.
• Prevent the metal, stones and other hard objects into machine since it can cause damage or accident.
• The hammer is one of wearing parts, so it needs regular inspection. Flip or turn around the hammer when the corners of the hammer wear to no longer angular. But the installation location cannot change so that to keep the balance of the rotor.

(1) Disc type Wood crusher

Hammer mill is to crush small sized material with diameter no more than 50mm, such like tree branches, tree trimmings, wood chips, wood cuttings, cotton stalk, corn stalk, wheat straw etc. Blate type wood crusher is to crush wood logs with diameter less than 200mm to 3-5mm at any length.

(3) Model FJ70 Cotton stalk chipping machine (from 250mm to 50mm)
can crush cotton stalk, Jowar stalk, soybean stalk and small tree branch into materials of 5cm,
crushed materials can be used for producing combustible gas, paper making and charcoal making
Dry or wet raw materials are all ok.
The feeder diameter of the raw material: smaller than 250mm .The diameter after crushing:50mm
It can be used for the raw material which have much fiber.

(4)Cotton stalk crusher (from 250mm-5mm)
can crush cotton stalk, Jowar stalk, soybean stalk andsmall tree branch into materials of 5mm dry or wet raw materials are all ok.
