Introduction about fiber dryer

1: fiber dryer most mainly apply on

agriculture, feed, fertilizer industries, such as stalks, grass, sawdust, leaves, fish meal,

corn, rice, wheat, corn starch sauce, starch slag, vinasse, dregs, pomace, soy sauce

residue, bagasse, grass charcoal, organic compound fertilizer, sludge etc.

The principle of thefiber dryer

fiber dryer is suitable for drying material which moisture content is around 55%.

1. First, palm fiber after transfer system enter into palm fiber dryercylinder, flied by raising plate device which are uniform distribution in the drum cylinder.

2. The palm fiber are evenly distributed in palm fiber dryer cylinder, then fully contact with the hot air, speed up the drying heat and mass transfer.

3. During the drying process, under the effect of plate and hot treatment in palm fiber dryer , the materials are dryed well.

4. At last, the dried sawdust come out from the end of palm fiber dryer .
