Ring Frame

Applying hi-tech,and adopting "the state of art" design,most stable even at speeds as high as 20,000 r/mins of the spindles.

Automatic Control

　　Operation: Using 'Touch Screen' switch,allows convenient man-machine communication;and it has a net working connection;high speed;efficiency;stability and most reliable characteristics.

Machine Head with Grease Lubricating Transmission Structure

　　The main transmission system is sealed in the Machine head box.It has a'central grease lubricating system'.This ensures long life;especially the gears are ground to reduce noise,more stable vibration free operation,and extended service life,i.e.,extended main tenance cycle.

Vacuum Negative Pressure System

　　Reasonable vacuum negative pressure generating system,one vacuum pump unit appies for 24 spindles,with special high speed fan for best movement balance and low noise,this enables to maintain evenly distributed negative pressure on each spindle condensing slots,for consistant,reliable and high quality spinning.

Pressurizing System

　　Adoting pneumatic pressure technology,to ensure stable and correct pressure;to meet compact yarn's special requirement.The system permits convenient pressure release.

Bottom Roller Support Part

　　The roller support/pillar applies special design and most advanced manufacture equipment,using super high accurate non-mechanical wave bottom roller,SKF roller bearing,Accotex rubber apron.

Wing Lifting System

　　The customer could choose different wing spindles according to their requirements,such as domestic-made spindles or SKF,Novibra high speed spindles.
The Transmission Spindle could either use single or double tension plate,as may by required.
Suggestion:User to choose German R+F or Swiss Bracket Rings and Travelers,so as to reduce loss of compact yarn.
