Compact Ampoule Filling Linecomprises washing, sterilizing, filling sealing and labeling equipments synchronized to work as one system.

Automatic Rotary Ampoule Washing Machine

• Production output up to 240 Ampoules per Minute
• All contact parts with the internal surface of Ampoules and the wash media are made of Stainless Steel

• All other parts are made from engineering plastic, AISI 304 or other FDA approved material
• All finishes, welding joints are processed, treated & equipment selected in accordance with cGMP standards

Ampoule Sterilization & Depyrogenation Tunnel

PLC controlled and equipped with touch screen colour graphics display for easy operator access to control screens and statistics, data storage and retrieval. Data management system is 21 CFR part II compliant. Ampoules are transported through a stainless steel wire conveyor entry from automatic washing machines (non-sterile) to the outlet filing line (sterile area)
