The smoke oven adopts full computerized automatic control program, which can display the curve graph of the temperature and humidity. The recording instrument can display the monitoring chart of the executive component and the operating figure of different wording procedures.

Imported SMC air control pilot steam valve controls the steam flow, precise temperature control, and stable performance. The temperature of the entire cabinet is less than 1°C

The wind blades pass the dynamic balance check of 3000RPM, and the maximum wind speed can be 25m/s, which can guarantee the temperature uniformity all directions during the products baking.

The smoke generating device adopts wood pellets smoker, stable smoking and fast coloring.

High pressure pipeline pump is adopted to clean the dust in the plates and smoke pipe. Nozzles of different angles are equipped in the coil and flue.

This equipment is made up of smoke oven, automatic program controller, smoke generating device and smoke car. The key component is the curriculum system combined with steam pipe, heat exchanger and outlet channel.

Under the action of two groups of circulating fans, the mixed gas of the smoke and heat in the smoke oven will form a eddy current area, which will makes the mixed gas pass the meat product hanging in the smoke oven smoothly and stably.
