The machine is the patent technical product of our factory, which is the full-automatic machinery for the dosing, spray of the drug addition, drying, cap transferring, cap addition, vacuum-pumping tamponade, tube getting and tray installation of the vacuum hemostix that is designed by combining the domestic and overseas actual requests of the production. The machine completely adopts the programmable control and pneumatic execution structure. All the execution actions of the structures are organically combined and controlled through the program software according to the production features of the vacuum hemostix. The user of the machine can achieve the packing automatization to achieve the wholly automatic integration production. The machine has three sets of the metering drug addition devices, which are separately EDTAK2, sodium citrate NA₃C₆H₅O₇and BCA accelerant. It can carry out the sample spraying for five to twenty tubes and dry 100 tubes at the same time. The machine has two electromagnetism vibration cap transferring device and frequency variator control with five channels for cap transferring. The separation fence and belt conveyor with ten channel and positioning device of the compound cap with ten channel can get 100 cap removing device of the compound cap at the same time. A full-automatic vacuum tamponade machine with vacuum compensation and the structure for tube getting and tray installation that can get 100 finished tubes at the same time will inset the tubes into the structure of the foam package tray after getting the tubes and execute these structure actions by adopting the programmable program control and pneumatic structure to automatically finish all the procedures such as dosing, cap transferring, cap addition, vacuum-pumping tamponade, tube getting, tray installation and packing of the vacuum hemostix. The machine has the features such as high automatization degree, high production efficiency, stable performance, simple operation, low fault rate and simple and convenient maintenance.
