Cold Room

1.Cold room size: can be made in line with customer's requirements.

2. Material spec of cold room's outside and top board: using double side color steel with EPS (Expanded Polystyrene)

sandwich insulation board.

Spec of EPS sandwich insulation board: thickness from 100 to 150mm,

Foaming density 20kg/m3.

3. Material spec of partition plate between cold room each other: using double side color steel with EPS sandwich insulation board. Spec of color steel: thickness 0.5mm. Spec of EPS sandwich insulation board: thickness 100mm, Foaming density 20kg/m3.

4. The floor of cold storage will be made of cast-in-situ reinforced concrete and XPS (Expanded Polystyrene). The thickness of XPS is 50mm. The reinforced concrete will be cast-in-situ on the XPS.

5. The side board of cold room will be connected by tongue and groove connection, easy installation, excellent thermal insulation. It will be used polyurethane foam sealant to seal on the joint. The top board of cold room will be hoisted in steel beams of cold storage by mushroom nylon bolts. The junction of internal corners will be wrapped by color steel.

6. The cold room doors will be used manual translational and sliding door.

The size of doors will be made according to customer's requirement. The sliding roller will be adopted nylon wheel. Door edge will install rubber-strip for anti-collision.

7. It will be installed crash railing with a rubber or plastic casing on both sides of the cold storage door.
