The GZP series solid state medium frequency induction heating machine is applied to the inline tempering treatment of cold rolled ribbed steel bar.
The cold rolled ribbed steel bar induction heating machine is mainly applied to the heating of entire ribbed steel bar, in order to reach the required temperature of inline tempering treatment. Medium frequency induction heating equipment adopts the heating method of ribbed steel bar passing through the induction heating coil along the axis direction. The max temperature rise can reach to 600°C after heating treatment.
The cold rolled ribbed steel bar induction heating machine provides required power supply for the heating of ribbed steel bar. It adopts IGBT to form resonance inverter and mainly includes rectifier, filter circuit, inverter and related control system.
The induction coil is for the transferring of heating power and winded by the red copper tube. The coil is round and equipped with heat insulation bush inside.
