1.Manual series

It means the size of purlin need to be adjusted by hand, workers can swing the handlebar to change purlin size.

2. Semi-automatic series

Equipped with such system, pressed down the green button, the purlin channel will move left or right, it can realize changing purlin size more quickly.

3. Automatic series

Automatic series machines are equipped with PLC system. Input the parameter of purlin on the PLC control pannel, then press ‘ENT’ button, the purlin channel will move left or right automatically.

Our machine's advantages

1.Loading C-Z interchangeable equipment, our machine is able to change purlin specification within 5-10 minutes. The following picture shows how to change C purlin to Z purlin.

2.In addition, all of our machines are equipped withforth generation C/Z quickly cutting and punching system, purlin in any size can be made without changing cutting mold. it's different from traditional cutting device.

Traditional cutting deviceneed to change cutting mold frenquently,it wastes much time to exchange cutting mold, alsooccupy lots of spaces.

After 4 years' development, we have solved the problem.Fourth generation C/Z quickly cutting and punching system is a new cutting system, only need to input the purlin's parameter on the PLC control pannel, the blade will move around to match purlin's szie.
