Combined Screw Oil Press Reasonable Structure
Integrated screw oil press is composed of the following parts:electric controller,heating and pressing part,adjusting part,conveying partandvacuum filtering device.

--Electric controller consists of alternating current,electric relay,temperature controller,circut protection device and so on.
--Edible oil heating and expelling part includes heater, pressing worm and cage bar, machine assembly,etc.
--Oil conveying part: main shaft, reduction gearbox,belt wheels and engine wheel.
--Expelling adjusting part composes of adjusting worms,cage bars,hand shank and lock nut.
--Vacuum oil filtering device contains vacuum pump,filter barrel and pipe line,etc.

How to press edible oil:

Usually,when press the oil seeds, the seed oil extraction press need be grinded first using raw material, in order to make the pressing temperature of chamber reach 80-120 degree. Then there is oil come out. If there is no heater, it takes about 30 minutes to make the temperature reach the appointed temperature. But this kind of oil extraction press only needs five minutes.

Moreover, the heater is also helpful for increasing oil output. Especially for lower oil-bearing oilseeds, such as cotton seeds,sunflower seed,soybean.
