Better safety
Frame, pressure vessel and pressurization cylinder are all winded by steel wires, its designed life is one million working cycles. The worst breaking way is that some steel wires are broken,so no possibility of serious accidents.
All high-pressure oil pipelines are in structure members, which eliminates potential dangers that high-pressure liquid is ejected from pipelines.
High Reliability
The main factor threatening reliability of CIP is impurity left in pressure vessel by users. The impurity would jam oil pipelines, wear valves and even break hydraulic pump, which will cause product faults. We resolve this problem by three measures.
The First Measure:
There is the strainer in pressure vessel to filter relative big impurity.
The Second Measure:
Powder can go through strainer, but our CIP’s high pressure oil pipelines are short and with big aperture, so it isn’t easy to be jammed by powder; and structure and materials of high pressure valve can well bear powder or impurity.
The Third Measure:
Different from traditional CIP which’s working medium and drive medium are isolated by vulnerable rubber membrane,our CIP’s working medium and drive medium are isolated by plunger,so impurity in working medium has no possibility to enter posterior pressurization system. It avoid that impurity causes serious accidents.
Lower maintenance cost
Our composite bearing seal technique is that different bearing seals work at different pressure phases. As bearing parts of CIP, replacement of bearing seal ring is very simple: NO need professional maintenance personnel and 15 minutes can finish replacement.
High pressure valve has very low fault rate, and its replacement is very easy
Our super high pressure liquid-control unidirectional valve is patented technique, with very low fault rate. Its valve body and valve seat are separated. When valve goes wrong, the end-user only needs to replace the valve seat without presence of manufacturer maintenance personnel.
