MESA 900 processing machine for fish heads cuts from the tongues which exit the machine via separate chutes while the offal falls down a chutes at the rear of the machine. the machine can separate the gills from the head. can cut the fish head in various ways.
The machine processes all medium sizes of heads without special adjustments.
MESA 900 has variable speed for sending the heads through the machine and is therefore easy to fit into the processing line with other machines.

it can also only take the tongue out of the head. so the head is ready for drying.
one man operation, the machine processes 25 heads per minute.
