Coal briquette production line

Brief introduction:

Our machine has three parts the feeding part, forming part and discharging part. It isused to squeeze the metal, mineral, caol, coke and the charcoal powder into the various shaped briquettes.

Two rollers fixed in the frame rorate in the opposite firections to squeeze the materials iuto the various shaped briquettes. Under high pressure the final productions feature high density, hardness and strength and they are widely used in refratory, power plant and other industries.

Involved processes:

1)Drying process.Moisture should be less than 15%. The materials should be less than 4cm. If larger than 4cm crushing should be first.

2)Crushing process. The size should be less than 3mm. If the materials are too large it will demage the machine and it would be hard to briquette.

3)Mixing process. We have to add the dry binder and liquid binder to the materials and use the two shaft mixer to mix them evenly.

4)Briquetting process. It is the most important process.

5)Dryer. As we add the liquid binder to the materials, the moisture will go up. If you want to sell the production quickly we can offer you the vertical and mesh belt dryer.
