Part 1. Main features of CO2 Generator

1).Basic Principle

CO2 recovery plant removes impurities of and lowers the temperature of the raw materials through chemical reaction, adsorption, low temperature fractionation, filtering, etc.

2).Application

Our CO2 recovery equipment makes full use of the CO2 produced in the process of cement, chemical fertilizer, alcohol, hydrogen production, and electricity generation. Etc. Therefore, the equipment can effectively reduce the emission of CO2, and produce food-grade and industrial-grade CO2. Due to environmental friendliness, our CO2 recovery plant has been widely applied in the industries of beverage, welding, fire extinction, greenhouse agriculture, oil field, food storage, etc. Thus, it can help effectively control green house effect.

3).Features

1. High Standard Quality. Our plant is designed according to food-grade CO2 standard. The CO2 quality is based on ISBT international standard and our GB10621-2006 standard. The total hydrocarbon, total sulfur and arene indexes are all qualified.

2. Advanced process and various purified methods. The plant will be designed based on different contents of impurities in the CO2 resources, which makes the plant function much stable and low consumption. The cold machine system is modified properly which increase the working efficiency with low energy consumption.

3. CO2 recovery plant adopts DCS system or PLC system. Therefore, it is easy to operate.

One: high concentration

1) fermentation gas from alcohol plant, sugar plant, propane plant etc

2) source gas from acid-base reaction: like soda ash and phosphoric acid

reaction, detergent reaction

3) source gas from chemical plant: like synthesis ammonia (fertilizer)

plant, gas of methanol after decarburization

4) source gas from natural gas processing plant: it includes 20-30% CO2

with concentration 95-99% or above

5) source gas from tail gas of refineries, ethylene plant: it includes co2

with concentration 90% or above

Two: low concentration

50-20KGS/hour small co2 receovery plant (skidding type). If there is no co2

source gas, we get co2 from burning carbon fuel like coal, LNG, diesel and

gasoline etc. CO2 recovery from flue gas also belongs to this type. This

type of CO2 plant is a complex processing, which only we have this

technology in China.
