CY-126 CNC worm whirlwind milling machine is professional and high efficient machine for processing small tooling worm bearing, which is our independent brand based on CYW series of screw whirlwind cutting machine. This machine is tilt body, cutter head moves longitudinally along 45°tilt body’s guide. Tailstock moves longitudinally on the tailstock guide according to the length of parts. CNC controls the three axis running together of four axis to finish screw processing. This machine use cutting tools to milling external thread at high speed, it will improve processing efficiency at 5-10 times than old processing, small cutting force and less parts deformation, parts processed is high-accuracy and high-smoothness. Customers can choose overall cutter and machine clip blade and design cutter and blade according to different parts.
