Mehanite casting, computer analysis device are used in its manufacturing, wide distance slide way makes outstanding rigidity.

Pre-pressed and pre-tension double screw assure high accuracy feeding. Special design of slide way and auto lubrication system ensures the accuracy and longtime use of the machine.

High-precision scrapped and Turcite B coated slide way makes machines run smoothly.

X,Y and Z axis are assembled with hard way. The slide way is hardened and heat treated, and the other side is coated by Turcite B, and manually scrapped. Machine body with one piece structure, so the machine are heavy loaded.
