The Baide CNC Turret Punch Press adopt heavy structure, which is made through welding O-type steel plate and reinforced steel plate. Its stress in whole is eliminated through second-time hot treatment and its hardness and high accuracy can be guaranteed even after long-time use.

Turret tower adopts thick structure treated by pair processing technology so that the coaxially of upper and lower shaft can be guaranteed. Thick turret tower can lengthen guiding track of mould so to improve processing accuracy. Combing die-bushing structure, the service life of mould and trret tower can be lengthened.

This CNC Turret Punch Press adopts high-precision ball screw and straight-line rolling track, and the motion accuracy, positioning accuracy and reliability of X and Y shaft is high.

NC system adopts system of FANUC or Siemens and PLC is in-built. It has special software used for punch and press lathe. All pieces of drive software adopt modulated design so that maintenance and replace is easy.

Tongs adopts float pneumatic tongs, which can move together with plate during processing so that processing accuracy can be guaranteed. At the front end of tongs, thin structure is adopted so as to reduce dead area between upper and lower turret towers.

Lubrication system adopts integrated lubrication method so that lubricant can smoothly goes down to every point that need lubrication. This reduces friction and improves machine's service life.

Working table adopts integrated structure of wool brush and ball screw, which can reduce machine's noise and vibration. That also can protect plate surface in procession.
