Description

The machine is an automatic rebar processing line with the function of cutting, delivery and storage. It can process high strength rebars, such as grade 1,2,3,4ribbed rebar and extensively applied in the field of bridge, road, railway and nuclear power construction.

1.Controlled by imported PLC, the after-shearing roller way applies movable track reinforced positioning plate, which positioning precision is good.

2.Hydraulic shearing system with the characteristics of low fault rate, high reliability and powerful shearing ability.

3.Applying multi-baffling plates, position rapidly and efficiently.

4.Bi-directional material received unit double the finished product storage volume.

5.Applying rebar suit cut management system, the utilization rate is increased greatly.

6.Control system consists of Inovance PLC and frequency converter, Weinview touch screen.
