I,The machine’s use

1. High productivity and good precision for metal sheets bending, different up-die and bottom-die, working for multifarious pieces. One-off bending shaped by one time stroke. Can make complex shapes by repetitious bending work. Can punch with corresponding die.

III,Stroke configuration

1. The machine is controlled by hydraulic electric, stroker can be adjusted at random, stop moving,half automatic,automatic adjust and test.

2. Double hydraulic oil cylinder is applied for upper transmission, provided with mechanical limit stopper and synchronous torsion bar, typical of stable and reliable operation, as well as high precision.

3. In PUP has the function of time lacto and ensure the work piece’s precision.

IV,Hydraulic system

V.Electric control system

2. Electrical control and manual fine-tuning mode are adopted for distance of rear stopper and stroke and stroke of gliding block,and fitted with digital display device, easy and quick in use.

VII,Die

2.Upper die is fitted with deflection compensation device,The hydraulic compensation system helps to prevent the deformed slider from affecting the quality the work piece.

3.The segmented punch of different length are adopted which can be combined into a certain length according to the processing demand to meet the different requirement of special work piece.
